Guadalajara Hotels with Airport pickup service

First of all, I loved the location of this hotel. It's right in the historic center and you can walk to so many lovely buildings and museums, and everything you need is right there (shops, pharmacies, restaurants). Upon checking in as a Diamond Hilton member, I was happy to find out they had upgraded me to a room with a nice, spacious balcony with a spectacular view of Guadalajara Cathedral. (See photo) The top-floor restaurant has a similar view as well. The breakfast has a nice, tasty variety. I also enjoyed drinks with a friend at the restaurant on one of the nights. The staff are great and helpful too. Elizabeth really came through for me when I needed to extend my stay a couple nights. Another girl (Anayeri, I think) provided excellent service as well, helping me get my dry cleaning turned in, despite missing the 10am deadline. All in all, it was a lovely stay, and I look forward to staying at this hotel when I return in the future.

Hi, 3 Things to improve: -Bigger bottles of water in the room or 2 more bottles. -Faster room service and Bar service. -Better lightning in pool area. Nice facilities an the staff is very kind. Thanks

Food at the hotel wasn't very good but it was cheap hotel was in a relatively good location but the rooms didn't look like the pictures. There's a lot of junk on the same floor as the swimming pool. The curtains could use a good cleaning the room doesn't look sparkly. I like the colonial architecture and the location but I would not stay there again I would stay someplace a little nicer. My room was also pretty small.

If you are looking for a clean and comfortable room at a good rate, this might be the place for someone. A shopping mall is located not far from the hotel which was very convenient. It is true what other people had posted on their reviews in regards of staff efficiency, they are slow on servicing the guests in the hotel. We asked for room slippers and front desk said they where $ 250 Pesos we checked for room amenities on the hotel site and it claimed that slippers where included, we explained this to front desk and never got slippers for our 4 day stay. Perhaps the hotel should change the General Manager.

Great customer service, the entire staff is polite and kind. It is a small property hence the experience is personable. Great location, easy access to all points of the city. The rooms in the back of the building are quiet, great for people that are looking to rest. The reason I gave this property a three start review is the use of the word LUXURY. The decor is posh and modern. The hotel lacks cleanliness in the rooms, amenities and overall experience. The entire place is in desperate need of a remodeling. Our room had a distinctive stench that came out of the bathroom I believe is a combination of poor plumbing and lack good cleaning. I had to ask the maid on our floor to help us get rid of the problem. She came and sprayed the bathroom with an atrocious cinnamon spay which only masked the problem. I asked her to bring me detergent and bleach. I cleaned the bathroom and poured bleach on all drains to get rid of the problem. The cleaning of our room was mediocre. The coffee mugs were not replaced or washed. Breakfast included was ok. The fruit, bread an cereal bar provided a great assortment. They also offer good a la carte options. The restaurant next door is good. The room prices are good so yes, I believe I would return back but now I am fully aware this is not a Luxury Hotel.

This is not a bad choice for accommodation, but it has made people feel dissatisfied. This is our second time to participate (the time difference between visit and sightseeing is huge), and we clearly noticed that the quality has deteriorated during that time. The emergency measures at the entrance are laws and regulations and appropriate measures, but if when you receive the room, it shows a clear lack of overall cleanliness (not to mention disinfection), that is, we found hair, they have almost no Work or no effect. In different parts of the room and bathroom, dust on the shelves, etc. Fortunately, we noticed a few pieces of broken glass in the shower room, and most importantly, the toilet was not working properly. The reception desk reported everything. It can be said that the attention to the claim was cordial and prompt, without any complaints. One detail related to all these is the product (or wax) they use to wipe the floor of the room, step on shoes, slip and feel that you become barefoot after being soiled by the floor, and then barefoot feels uncomfortable sticky and resistant Chewing the floor, maybe they just need to change the floor cleaning products and methods. The area is beautiful and quiet. Although there is no on-site parking space, it is on the street, but the fact is that it is very safe to park the vehicle in the block and the surrounding environment because there are cameras and people around. In addition, this area is a good place between various places in the city. There are many cafes, bars and restaurants nearby. I think this is the best menu. The staff are very friendly, polite and willing to provide me with zero complaint support. Personally, I still suggest to keep some opinions, let them perfect the quality details they want to publish, or absolutely must reduce the price of some professions to prove its value/quality.

Staff are very courtesy and friendly. I still have one more night to stay in this sweet boutique hotel. Very modern design and near Historical scenic places. They help me book private tour to tequila tour and driver is very professional and responsible. Will recommend all my friends and rebook next time.

The poor service and training of your staff, people who are responsible do not know how to use your own system. The hotel was very close to the hotel, and the hotel was very close to the hotel. Two days ago I made not only the reservation, but I paid the stay in advance because I knew I was going to come to sleep only at night and I didn't want to have any trouble. The shower manager told me there were no rooms and ”obtained” a room in another hotel I had to pay again. . When they arrive at the other hotel, they receive a call from the Howard Johnson hotel saying they had found my reservation and I had to return. After this they were already over 12:45, i.e., I lost one hour of rest because the hotel manager did not ”find” my reservation in his system and made me go to another hotel to waste time. I will never stay in hotels in this chain, I really regret that they have so low their quality of service.

The overall environment is very good, but I don't like the steel frame structure, the sound insulation is not very good.
