Best Guadalajara Hotels

I can last year with friends and loved QR so much I decided to book a week with my Husband when we came to Guadalajara. Jaime always goes above and beyond to help you with scheduling transportation or any other need. Daniel at the bar is the absolute best! Enrique and Luis were also very helpful to us with our bags and always greeted us as we entered and exited the hotel. The housekeeping staff does a wonderful job keeping your room stocked and cleaned. The food is excellent and you have to experience Brunch as it is a real feast! Absolutely love Quinta Real and can’t wait to visit again!!

The cutest boutique hotel well located within walking distance of the Guadalupe Cathedral, shopping, dining, and sightseeing. Very clean and modern hotel with an art gallery to view on your way to the elevator! The rooms were spacious and had a small sitting area. The beds were so comfortable. The restaurant food was good and well priced. Nice small bar with an open patio with hammock swings. Staff was friendly and very responsive. This hotel is a nice jumping off place to visit Tlaquepaque and Tequila. Loved all the architectural design elements here. I'm already thinking of when I will go again. Definitely good value for your money.

We have stayed here twice! We ended up having our wedding here due to it's charm. We love the HISTORIC vibe and the unique character to the place makes this so attractive. Cue tall ceilings, candles, chandeliers, and stories. It is from the 1800s so don't expect top notch American grade plumbing and electricity, but expect to feel teleported back in time. We love the location to the center of GDL, their breakfast is delicious, and their security made us feel safe at night time. We will continue to come back here as a central spot in GDL and to relish in our memories! The honeymoon suite is GORGEOUS, with a little hot tub, if you can book it, do! The Wedding coordinators are the sweetest and the BEST, if you are thinking of a wedding here-top notch service!

From the moment of booking the attention of Ms. VIOLETA MOTA to the end of our stay has been wonderful.the very clean and comfortable room the buffet of the very tasty breakfast and the attention of the young lamps who make eggs is The hotel is very clean and staff very careful, and the advantage you walking is a shopping centre. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable and very comfortable.

What a terrible stay! Nightmare. Arrived exhausted after a 6 hour drive. Hotel room we booked looked NOTHING like photos. Hotel had tried to give us an old room and not the refurbished nice rooms advertised on the website. Total tip off. Had to pay slightly more for one of the refurbished rooms. Rooms at closet inspection were very badly finished. Photos attached. Walls dirty, loo roll holder almost hanging off. Light switches all covered in paint and crooked…… We asked for the sofa bed to be made up for our child and we were told no! That there was no one available at 10.30pm to make up any bed. We were offered ONE bedsheet that was badly stained, worn and completely wrinkled like it had never been ironed. Also we were give one, again very wrinkled pillow and pillowcase and a green Blanc let in a very dirty bag. Shocking. Don’t know what to say! Does the HILTON GROUP know that this hotel is running their name through the muck? So upsetting To add insult to injury this Hilton Hotel advertises Premium Egyptian cotton bedding!!!! Hi, 3 Things to improve: -Bigger bottles of water in the room or 2 more bottles. -Faster room service and Bar service. -Better lightning in pool area. Nice facilities an the staff is very kind. Thanks

The hotel is very good, very clean, and the white tea perfume and bath products are very comfortable. The gym is on the 3F, and the meeting room is also very nice. The Guadalajara Expo is downstairs, which is very convenient.

We stayed for a week at this hotel. The location is centralized and right next to the Plaza del Sol, a large open air shopping center. First and foremost, the service was outstanding. At all times we felt the staff cared and did what they could to help us enjoy our stay. The breakfast at the Cafe Urbano was outstanding with a wide array of freshly prepared and delicious food. The service at the Cafe Urbano deserves special mention. We tried the French restaurant and enjoyed it; tasty French bistro style food and good wine. The club level service was very good, with two hours of a very fine wine. We were pleased with the upgrade that we received due to IHG diamond status; the room had a living room and a ridiculous bathroom. Not many cons; the pool is underwhelming and there did not seem to be many guests. All and all, we felt the famous IHG hospitality and recommend.
