I booked a modern single room with a big flat screen TV. I’m a frequent guest 4-5 year. When I arrived the told me the room I booked via Agoda is not available. They put me in a old part of the hotel in stinky, dirty room from the 70ties. I had day and night the noise from big A/C compressor from the neighbor hotel Quinta Real. That was also my view and in front were sitting hundreds Paloma’s and shouting. All was full of poop. The danger is the poop is drying and goes in the air and cause Amebas and other respiratory problems, so I couldn’t open the window. The bathroom was absolutely run down and dirty, bedsheets, towels were falling in parts. On the bathroom had broken tiles, loose water bulbs, toilet and sink no water pressure. I had to take a taxi to a supermarket to buy cleaning products to get my excrements down the toilet, because of the missing water pressure. I complained to the reception, but they denied to change me to a room type I booked and paid for. When I put the A/C on it started stinking even more. I open the mini split and the filter was disgusting dirty, I put it off, because I don’t wanted to breath in the sickness from former guest. For this I paid mor than 100 US per night. If they don’t have the room category you like to book available, the should great you up and not done to a dumpster room!! The breakfast was good, but table clothes also old and falling in parts. I can last year with friends and loved QR so much I decided to book a week with my Husband when we came to Guadalajara. Jaime always goes above and beyond to help you with scheduling transportation or any other need. Daniel at the bar is the absolute best! Enrique and Luis were also very helpful to us with our bags and always greeted us as we entered and exited the hotel. The housekeeping staff does a wonderful job keeping your room stocked and cleaned. The food is excellent and you have to experience Brunch as it is a real feast! Absolutely love Quinta Real and can’t wait to visit again!!

My room was clean and had a beautiful view. The breakfast was *the* best hotel breakfast I have ever had. There were fresh juices, fresh fruit, yogurt, made-to-order eggs, pastries, Mexican hot chocolate etc. There is a variety of restaurants across the street so it is a very convenient place to stay.

This is not a bad choice for accommodation, but it has made people feel dissatisfied. This is our second time to participate (the time difference between visit and sightseeing is huge), and we clearly noticed that the quality has deteriorated during that time. The emergency measures at the entrance are laws and regulations and appropriate measures, but if when you receive the room, it shows a clear lack of overall cleanliness (not to mention disinfection), that is, we found hair, they have almost no Work or no effect. In different parts of the room and bathroom, dust on the shelves, etc. Fortunately, we noticed a few pieces of broken glass in the shower room, and most importantly, the toilet was not working properly. The reception desk reported everything. It can be said that the attention to the claim was cordial and prompt, without any complaints. One detail related to all these is the product (or wax) they use to wipe the floor of the room, step on shoes, slip and feel that you become barefoot after being soiled by the floor, and then barefoot feels uncomfortable sticky and resistant Chewing the floor, maybe they just need to change the floor cleaning products and methods. The area is beautiful and quiet. Although there is no on-site parking space, it is on the street, but the fact is that it is very safe to park the vehicle in the block and the surrounding environment because there are cameras and people around. In addition, this area is a good place between various places in the city. There are many cafes, bars and restaurants nearby. I think this is the best menu. The staff are very friendly, polite and willing to provide me with zero complaint support. Personally, I still suggest to keep some opinions, let them perfect the quality details they want to publish, or absolutely must reduce the price of some professions to prove its value/quality.
