Hotel Rede Beach

I spent one night at Rede Beach Hotel on a kitesurf downwind trip. I wish I could have stayed longer. The location is fantastic, with direct access to the beach and in front of the kite spot. Rooms - mine was on the first floor with seaview - are very spacious with a large balcony fitted with a hammock. Much thought was given to room decoration, and the result is very nice. I liked the shelves connected with ropes. The pool area is also very pleasant. The kite centre is well organised and spacious, allowing enough room for equipment to dry and / or be packed. I was a bit disappointed at breakfast. Omelette portions and yoghurts were small, and there was no real fresh fruit juice. I have no hesitation to recommend Rede Beach Hotel for a stay in Guajiru.

My 5th time staying at Rede Beach Hotel and it was simply amazing! The hotel has changed quite a bit since my last visit and I stayed in one of the new Bliss rooms which was so spacious and beautiful, over looking the beach and the beautiful new Beach Club at the Kite School. The pool has been expanded and there are multiple jaquzzis so there is so much space to relax and take a dip in the pool. The food and drinks menu is very extensive and portions are huge! Every meal I had was delectable!! We went on lots of exciting trips around the local area including a boat tour, quad bikes etc and there is just so much to see and do. Staff were always so polite and friendly. Hotel is completely spotless and just magical as always. Would highly recommend for couples, families, friends as there is something for everyone. A relaxing sway in the hammock at the end of every day! Simply perfect!

We recently returned from a holiday at Rede Beach. It was recommended by friends and WOW it did not disappoint. We felt that we had found a little bit of heaven. From the moment you arrive it is obvious that their only wish is for you to enjoy your stay. You relax in rustic luxury where nothing is too much trouble and your every need is met and important to all the staff looking after you. The rooms are all superbly dressed and like the rest of the hotel, have a very personal touch. In the restaurant all tastes are catered for including vegetarian, pescatarian and vegan diets. The food was of a very high standard and presented in an appropriate local manner. The activities offered are various and extremely enjoyable. They include buggy excursions, river trips and quad biking to name some of them. Kite surfing training is on offer if required or you can just use your own equipment and enjoy the waves. At Rede Beach one can do as much or as little as one would wish. You can even relax with a massage, a pedicure or a manicure all carried out in lovely surroundings. The grounds are extensive stretching onto the beach and very well maintained. Rede Beach is an oasis in the N.E. of Brazil and I cannot recommend it strongly enough for a holiday stay.

We have been holidaying at Rede Beach for over 15 years now and we’re always amazed that the English owners find ways to improve things every year, because it was incredible the first time we went. We occasionally meet other long term regular guests, including a couple who just arrived for 56 days stay, as we were leaving. The atmosphere at ‘RB’ with all the staff and guests is family like, even though there are people from all countries and different walks of life. Our great friends, who had never been to Brazil before, came with us this time and we’re hugely impressed by it all, and hope to go again in future. Everything is thought of for your safety, comfort and enjoyment, including the best fire precautions and automated electrical generator in the area, used during the unfortunate regular power cuts in the area, which can last for 5-6 hours, but are not noticeable in ‘RB’. The new smokers area is that good, we almost considered starting smoking again! We have yet find anywhere to equal the ‘RB’ experience and will continue to holiday here as long as we are able. The management, reception and restaurant staff all have very good levels of English to help make things easier if your Portuguese is not excellent, or even non existent. Beach Buggy trips, including sunset in the sand dunes, assisted quad biking, kite surfing (or watching), special Mundau river small boat trips and water slides shouldn’t be missed. Huge thanks to all at Rede Beach once more. We really can’t wait till next year to return to ‘The local paradise’ ,as it is known.

What a wonderful, tasteful place full of beauty, perfect climate, fantastic interiors, gorgeous outdoor facilities, amazing & perfect beach - and even charm, which does not happen so often in South America. Very recommendable!

Returning to Rede Beach again after a 3 year break due to Covid restrictions, we were very pleasantly surprised by the improvements that have been made, because we didn’t think it could be improved. They haven’t sat back complaining, they’ve set to and made it better. Unfortunately these improvements are not showing on the website yet, so it’s actually better than the website shows.I’ll post some photos trying to show some of this, but I’m no photographer! In all areas including the rooms, (plus new rooms) the menu, the pool, restaurant, staff, grounds, beach, kite club , although we’re not kiters it’s evident that the facilities there and the attention given to guests is second to none. We can’t wait to return next September, with more friends or family, probably knowing that it can’t get any better, but who knows? . Rede Beach certainly deserve all the awards they’ve had over the years, and we’d vote for them wherever possible. If you see any negative reviews, they are probably from people who don’t deserve to be there in the first place, there are always those who try to complain to obtain a discount.! There is one new room (39) with a Jaccuzzi overlooking the fantastic beach, with a private verandah, private sunbeds, chairs and tables. Absolute heaven if you can book it, it’s probably sold out already, but well worth a try. Don’t forget the beach buggy and quad bike tours, sunset dunes trip, catamaran river trip at Mundao with the dunes water slides. Ask in reception, the girls are very helpful. Can’t wait till next year!
