Guam Hotels with Gym

Because the hotel facilities are large, it took a while to call and ask for something to be delivered. There are few shops nearby, and the convenience stores in the hotel close early, so be careful when buying alcohol at night. The location from the hotel was great.

The room is clean and tidy, with a partial view of the sea. It is convenient for eating. There are luxury stores around. I chose this hotel because I didn't want to be too close to the beach and it would be too humid. It is very cost-effective in Guam. It is one street away from the sea and very close to the beach. This is the most satisfactory hotel in Guam.

Originally to play golf, but unfortunately the season is not always rain, you can try driving range. Affected by the three-year epidemic, there are some tropical signs on the surface of the resort facilities. It is estimated that the labor cost is too expensive and the short-term power outage can be encountered, but the facilities in the house are still good, except for the wonderful shower. The service staff is very good and often vvvip treatment. I wish you normal as soon as possible!

The hotel was clean and nice. The only thing was that it was hard to find the entrance to the parking lot. Well, I just parked my car and asked the doorman. If he hadn't told me, I would have walked around. Everything was good, but there was a problem with the room I stayed in. I checked in at 4, rested for a while, and then had dinner. When I tried to take a shower around 7, there was no shower switch. It was ridiculous, and when I showered, the water from the shower flowed out of the shower room. Maybe that's why there were towels in the shower room, but there was a step. Anyway, after I finished showering, I called the front desk and explained the situation. My English was limited, so it was hard, but anyway, the front desk said they would send a driver. I spent a lot of money to come here, and I didn't like this kind of service. So I asked if I could change my room, and they said they would ask the manager. After 20 minutes, the employee came and checked the shower. At the same time, a phone call came and said they would change my room. So I told the employee that the manager called to change my room, and he said he was the manager. And they changed my room, but they only changed the floor and changed it to the same location. But the problem is that after I asked the front desk that there was a problem with the shower, they changed the room after 1 hour and 15 minutes. My wife was tired and couldn't wash, so she was annoyed. And the room they changed to wasn't cleaned properly. I guess it was because I went to a cheap room and the service was bad. It was the cheapest room. I bought a flight and got a discount, so it was 670,000 won (including breakfast). But the air conditioner in the room I changed to didn't work well. My wife kept saying it was hot and strange, but I couldn't tell because our sleeping temperatures were different. Or maybe it was because my wife just came out of the shower with hot water. But I woke up in the middle of the night because it was so cold. So I turned up the air conditioner temperature, but it didn't go up. My wife said it was okay, but I was so cold. I thought about calling the front desk, but they told me to wait again and change the room, so I knew I would have to wait for over an hour, so I just went to sleep. Fortunately, I stayed at Dusit Thai for 1 night and went to another hotel. When I told them about this when I checked out, the staff said, 'I'm sorry.' Unless the room rate is 1 million won, everything here is good, but I don't think I'll go there because the service and facilities are not good. Something similar happened when I went to Lotte before, and they changed my room within 15 minutes of asking. Of course, Koreans are fast... lol Anyway, it was a ruined day for a 20th wedding anniversary trip.

The access to the city center was great! This time we were traveling with our children, so we booked a pool that the kids would enjoy! The pool water was a little cold, but it wasn't a problem once they got in!

The building, lobby, hallways, and rooms were all clean and neat, the showers, toilets, and other facilities were new, and the area around the bed was also clean, so I really liked it. However, the Wifi connection was unstable and frequently cut out during my three-day stay, so I think there is room for improvement in the Wifi environment. Apart from the Wifi, everything was good, including the service of the staff.

I booked ocean view but they served us partial ocean and parking view. I so disappointed and I requested to change another room but they said no more room available to change even though it seemed to me that so many rooms are vacancy. There was bad odor on the shower curtain and so a lot of dust. It was very senaitive sound from next room though the connected door. There was no privacy at all. In the midnight, alarm sound rang and some Chinese announcement from speakers. We were really scared and panic for a while. I didn't even have any picture to upload from the hotel. I am sorry but I won't to visit there again. Thank you!

I think this is the cleanest/newest hotel in Guam. The room was pleasantly dry in the humid weather outside, the bed was so comfortable, and the bathroom was nice. Everything about the room was great. Only downside I found was there were very limited smoking areas. No smoking in balcony, only 2 designated smoking areas in the entire resort. If I knew that no smoking in balcony, I would rather book the regular room with mountain view. Another downside was limited stuff you can rent for playing in the water. Others have more fun stuff to borrow but this resort has few stuff and kids pool was closed. If you are with kids, this resort may not be a great option for your kids unless the kid's pool opened. If you are looking for a clean room with nice ocean front, this is the best choice.

The size of the room and the location were average, so I thought it was good. There was a Kmart within a 10-minute walk, and an ABC store right next door, so I didn't have any problems. There was also a PROA within another 10 minutes' walk, so I didn't have any trouble finding a place to eat. I thought it was pretty good.

The staff are very nice. The room was spacious and clean. You can watch YouTube on the TV and the Wi-Fi was stable. The hallway is outside and it feels like an apartment. There is a laundry room and you pay by credit card. You don't need to buy detergent because it is automatically dispensed. There is an ice and water machine. If you bring an empty bottle, you can drink water for free. However, since it faces the main road, the sound of cars is loud, and the back side is a forest? bush? so there were mosquitoes, bees, and various insects. The pool is a little small, but there was a jacuzzi. The bar opens at 5 o'clock, so there are no staff by the pool or on the bar floor until then. It is better to ask for housekeeping before that because everyone leaves in the evening. There is a space between the balcony and the next room, so I sometimes heard people talking and smoked cigarettes. The biggest problem was the slope of the hotel. You have to climb three slopes to get to the beach. There is a restaurant, ABC, nearby. There is a small shop like a convenience store in the hotel, but the selection is not good.
