智能馬桶不智能，忽悠人，需要手按或者腳踢才能充，電梯口按鍵上有機油，電梯內一股機油味道，窗户紗窗都是壞的，前台人員叫維修師傅也不來。樓底下宴會廳中午休息不了，外面很吵。
