No parking at site, it was very clean and had a good breakfast, very clean and quiet. Lots of stairs though for older people.

The location, service, and rooms are all great!
The staff were kind and always greeted us with a smile.
The rooms were cleaned well, and the amenities were always replenished.
We could see the colorful houses from the terrace, and we often relaxed there.
We'd love to stay here again if we come to Guanajuato.

I was freezing to death in the middle of the night. The doorman was nice, but the service was average. He made me wait until three o'clock to check in. I could communicate normally in English, but I was really freezing to death. The room didn't match the photos and was misleading. I really can't complain. I don't want to experience being woken up by the cold in the middle of the night again!
