廣南景都酒店~一家不講人性化的酒店。
看了廣告圖片，而且眼下正是出行的淡季時段，在一個小縣城裡，房價也要每間近200元/晚。感覺應該在服務丶房間丶設施等各方面，應該不會太差。考慮到這些因素，就決定下單。三間房連住兩晚。
當天下午到了酒店，看外觀及酒店大堂都還顯得大氣正規，心想應該不會太差。但現實是我們想得過於樂觀了。
首先，在前台辦理入住手續，接待的工作人員態度冷漠，毫無熱情可言，説要先交200元按金，我們稍加疑問後按他們的説法，如數交了按金。到了晚餐後回酒店，由於當天天氣較熱，我們其中一位老年人向前台想要一瓶礦泉水解渴，前台的一位年輕姑娘接待工作人員卻説:每間房規定就2瓶礦泉水，如多要一瓶需再付2元錢，我們以商量的恣態説道:我們這一路過來，住了很多酒店，沒有遇到象你們店那樣做法，在特殊情況下要一瓶礦泉水解渴就要付2元錢！
這時在前台旁邊的小房間裏走出來一位中年穿保安制服的工作人員，態度極其蠻橫地就衝著我們吼道:這種做法現在全國的酒店都是一樣的，他還自稱巳走過全國很多地方，都是這種做法的。
我們也不想與這種不講人性化，不懂得優良的中華傳統美德丶不懂得尊老愛幼的人多理論。
我們衹想提示景都酒店的領導及管理層，象這種工作人員的工作態度及服務行業的基本理念，應給予系統的教導教導及全面地接受培訓教肓，這種服務態度及經營理念，將會給景都酒店帶來不良的經營沖擊及損壞景都酒店的形象。
同時也要友情提示己入住或將要入住景都酒店的朋友們，入住後千萬要先看清房內的各個細節，比如是否有額外的消費品等等物品，謹慎小心！要不然，遇到不講人性化丶不講誠信經營的商家，將會自找**煩！
