當地的老牌酒店，顯然重新收拾過，設備、智能化都有。可惜房間太小，也就20平吧，大床都衹能放下1.5米的。早餐很一般，停車方便，充電樁還不能用……

很少給這麼低的分 小紅薯🍠推 説在嘉陵江邊 本身就是公園 環境優美 就選了這裏 入住時較晚 又下大雨 11:00後晚上酒店外光線暗 住行政樓 提出能不能帶一下路 因為在最後面一個樓 不熟悉 前台服務非常不專業 沒有禮貌 再三要求才答應 鳳棲樓前台沒有人在崗 房間非常陳舊 破舊不堪 窗簾是壞的 外層電動手動都不能使用 堅持到早晨八點打了電話 師傅説時間久了就會這樣 沒在屋內等 直接去餐廳 餐廳品種非常少 門口服務員都不站直 彎腰駝背爬着 整個酒店沒有見到任何一個人禮貌用語 或者打招呼 完全招待所的感覺 酒店整體非常差 無論哪項均達不到五星 甚至達不到四星水準 住過最差五星 沒有之一

酒店位於廣元市一處湖心島，分為幾棟樓，酒店房間中規中矩，設施有點老舊。我們住的是最貴的行政樓層。做為攜程最高等級黑鑽用户，我已經很久沒有給過差評了。昨晚我們在廣元演出本來回房間就很晚，大概 1 點才去。早上 8 點多，廣元市暴雨。河道內漲水，酒店拉響警報，通知客人轉移。這本無異議，但酒店方衹是強行讓客人退房離開，天下大雨，連一把雨傘都不給客人提供。遇見事不可怕，可怕的是遇見事沒人管。這麼大的雨，給人把房退了讓客人自行離開，酒店方就算無責了？有點太自私了，體驗感真的太不好，客人走了。才從新去找酒店，酒店方連一個慰問電話都沒有。真的很傷人心，這種天災人禍，我更覺得是人禍！我們開了 3 間你們這最貴的行政房，早餐也沒有吃，下着暴雨被強行退房！讓我們幾個外地人在暴雨中自行尋找房間，不管不問。這都走了快一天了，雨也早停了。不管你們酒店有什麼理由，這就是你們不靠譜的冷漠服務！希望大家以後在雨季儘量不要入住這樣的酒店，危險係數很高，而且蚊蟲也比較多！
