First of all: avoid this restaurant, don’t come here. I passed by Guangyuan in the early morning and booked a hotel temporarily. The receptionist fell asleep and I was embarrassed to wake her up. I didn't say a word for fear of disturbing her continued sleep. However, the room was obviously different from what I booked. I booked a room just below a suite, but after entering, you can see that it is the most basic room type, very small, and there is no view. You can compare the difference between the view king room and the superior king room by yourself. Mine looks like a superior king room. Service: When checking out, I said without hope that I might have made a mistake with the room type. The front desk clerk said impatiently that it said "King room with view" on it. I was speechless and said okay. Home Inn, I guess I am the one being taken advantage of. When I left the room, I saw that the room next to it was the king-size room with a view as shown in the picture. It was obviously bigger and had a better view. The several cleaned rooms I passed along the way were obviously king-size rooms with a view. You told me that this small room of mine is also one of them. Service: I have stayed in so many hotels, but I only saw room upgrades. This is the first time I saw a downgrade. Also, it’s my fault for being too sympathetic and not asking any more questions. After I got into the room, I didn’t feel comfortable enough to call her to change the room for me. After all, it’s not easy for a worker to feel sleepy in the middle of the night. But what did we get in return? Environment: Check-in is very troublesome. You have to park in the basement and then come up, turn a corner to check in on the first floor, then go out and turn a corner to get on the elevator. Check-out is the same. It is very troublesome to walk back and forth, especially with children and luggage. Service: Once again, poor service! ! ! ! But Ctrip's customer service was very good and refunded my money on their own. The hotel was rubbish and bullied travelers with a stinky face and a stubborn mouth.
