房間衞生乾淨，性價比高，還有免費早餐，附近交通便利，樓下週圍有很多吃飯的地方，前台服務熱情周到，距離利州廣場很近，這次入住體檢不錯，下次還來這家！

房間小得可憐，我們定了一個標間雙床房和一個親子房，區別就是床比標間的大了大了一丟丟，桌子椅子一張也沒有，床與床之間就能過一個人，連個行李箱也打不開得拉到門後面的位置才能打開，廁所乾濕區沒有分開，一沖涼就能把外面房間地板弄濕，更離譜的是標間的那個沖涼房玻璃還漏水，貼着廁所的那張床邊玻璃一沖涼劉一直漏水進房間，都是水，體驗感太差。就算是過年時間也對不起這個價格

房間牀頭櫃只有一個，衣架都沒有，放行李包的地方都沒有，房間面積很小，房間衞生不是很乾凈，衞生間異味很濃，早餐也特別差，而且停車也很不方便

房間：開始安排頂樓有窗大床，但不安全，窗户沒法反鎖而且和過道窗户一體。
換到3樓，木門超級薄，只有一個反鎖沒有貓眼，半夜2點還有男聲在我門外叫我的房號，左邊是住户小區聽貓叫春兩個小時還有吵菜的聲音，獨住要考慮哈。
服務：雖然看人下碟但要求換房還是換了。
設施：衞生一般，房間老舊，淋浴基本不行因為馬桶佔據了廁所全部空間，衹留下洗漱台的位置站人。床鋪乾淨。
公共安全：應急門是鎖住了的。
價格：九零一晚還行吧。位置還挺好的。

旁邊有火車道，和垃圾處理站，一晚上幾乎吵個不停，衞生差，到處灰塵和毛髮，環境差，裝潢破舊不堪，服務一般，設施老舊破，説的有免費停車場，到店沒有停車位，讓去收費停車場。差評！
