床單很臟 睡了幾個小時 大腿都有紅色包包
太吵了 樓上就是KTV
服務一般 很多東西要收費也沒有告知
設施老化 空調一點都不涼快 開了16度也沒用

無窗房，巨吵。。。。。。ktv工作日，非節假日的情況下竟然吵到凌晨兩點，完全沒辦法睡覺，凌晨三點才睡。。。。。無語（＃－.－）

其他都還好，早餐還可以。但是！！！無窗房異味太大了，空調吹出來的氣味，我這個窮人體質都受不了，空調異響讓人睡不着。

每次服務很滿意，前台和搞衞生阿姨都很熱情，連保安還有餐廳的都很好，住這麼多酒店，雖然酒店不是最好的，但是這個公司的團隊氛圍很好很舒服，比假如和歐滬好太多了，以後來光澤的首選。
