The hotel in good location, clean room but hotel front desk staffs refused and does not assist to booked taxi to airport. A day before we depart, we request the hotel staff to help us arrange/booked next morning 7am taxi service to airport but they simply say NO ?. The hotel staffs told us to arrange ourselves or just wait at the roadside to for passing taxi to airport. Most hotel guest are foreigner, not familiar with local taxi booking service to airport and don't understand why they don't assist hotel guest for airport taxi service ???

The hotel is good. The room is not that big but it is still fine. It's clean. The front desk staff are very kind, helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is also good. They have a parking lot in front of the hotel which is very convenient. No sleepers in the bathroom for taking shower. I hope they can have some non-smoking rooms to give to customers who don't like smoking and the smell of it ... Overall It was good.

Traveling with the elderly at home, I deliberately chose a slightly larger room. The hotel is in a very advantageous location, and you can see it when you go out of Exit C of the subway station. Since it was newly renovated, the facilities, hygiene and sound insulation are all good. I especially want to praise the front desk lady. Originally, there were no small animals on the bed sheets in the room. I casually mentioned that I was going to Chimelong, and the lady remembered it. When I came back at night, the room became an animal theme, exactly the same as the picture. I was so satisfied, thank you very much.
