The newly opened Home2 by Hilton suddenly makes this the most attractive hotel in Conghua for travelers used to 5 star hotels in Tier 1 Chinese cities. Having also recently stayed at ”Esea” and ”Ramada”, from a cost performance standpoint, Home2 is the unequivocable choice. The hotel is new and shiny right now so maybe the fact thait exudes a sense of vibrancy and freshness is too early to say. However I'll be a satisfied returnee and would also be booking family and friends to Home2 whenever they visit Conghua. Yuki and Rita were amazing checking me in.

Spacious canteen, 10 out of 10 for buffet breakfast with toast, yogurts, Chinese and western foods, dimsum, noodles, sausages and bacon, salads and fruits all thrown in one. There was a simple 2pm to 4pm high tea with tiny sarnies, spring rolls, and cakes and to throw it all into one package, it came with a 24 unlimited drinking bar for Tea's, coffee and milk (no sodas) Kids were at the drink bar all day long, too. Had a tiny arcade machine, internet access, with a iMac for use, and a printer too. Oh, yeah! Reminder that Whatsapp, FB and YT doesn't work over there. Go visit the nearby Waterpark instead!

The hotel is located in the Hi-Tech Zone. The building itself is very new. Although there is no gorgeous lobby, the rooms are well designed. The room is square, with windows on two sides and plenty of sunlight. The hardware facilities in the room are selected from big brands, and the quality can be felt. The bathroom is large, visibly clean, and the service is very thoughtful.

The overall room facilities are very satisfactory, with a coffee machine, refrigerator and microwave, which are very convenient. The fragrance in the elevator is very nice and comfortable, the room is well soundproofed, and the front desk service is very friendly and enthusiastic, especially Ula's service attitude is very good

An excellent hotel, has absolutely everything a weary traveler needs! The service at the reception was smooth and efficient. Our room was cozy, comfortable, imeccably clean and had all the facilities a traveler might expect. The bed was comfy, both the room and the bathroom were large and, to top it all, we had an excellent window view of Tianhe skyscrapers. The Canton Tower was also visible from the window. The breakfast was sumptous, catering to both European and Asian tastes. The level of service at the French restaurant was outstanding and the food yummi. Considering the level of service and comfort, we found the hotel to be good value. There is plenty of restuarants and stores outside the hotel and an attractive bar downstairs. Would highly recommend this hotel to any guests, both European and Asian!

It’s my 4th time staying at Asia international hotel and this time I was impressed with their newly refurbished rooms. I was also upgraded to Suit at no extra cost. Location is perfect specially for Muslim travellers as it’s close to most halal restaurants in Guangzhou. Staff are polite and helpful as always. They also added new Turkish restaurant at ground floor which is a bonus. Will definitely book here again next time I travel to Guangzhou.

Stayed with my wife and 9 month old daughter for x 2 nights. Breakfast was excellent- server brought us hot drinks straight away each morning and there was a huge selection of food. We also had an evening meal on the 2nd floor restaurant and the food was very good quality. Room spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed. Well equipped gym with Technogym cardio and good range of free weights. Only downside was the hotel doors making loud noise when closing. Friendly, helpful staff- would stay again.

Location superb, in the middle of 3 malls & underneath the nearest mall is MRT. Beside the hotel is a lot of local eateries that served eel, chicken, vegetables etc. The hotel is very safe despite being linked to the Onelink mall directly by 2 gated doors (room keycard can open access). The Onelink mall serves shops like Massimo Dutton & local brands too. We booked a Fraser suite with 2 bedrooms that enabled us to drop off the shopping bags easily. The lobby concierge at level 1 helped receive our pre-booked taobao packages & even delivered them to our room. We bumped into several Singaporeans here. In terms of modern furnishing, this GZ Fraser Suites hotel was built 11 yrs ago so the curtains are not automated however the toilets all come with auto bidet spray. Staff is polite & service is relatively prompt. The aircon in the master bedroom was suddenly blowing cold air then stopped then restarted cold air blowing through the night. After we adjusted the fan speed, the above problem largely resolved.

we stayed at the Hilton Tianhe in Guangzhou for one night and the service was amazing. Nicole from front office was around to ensure that nothing went wrong, and kimi at front-desk was very warm and friendly. The check-in also didn't take long. this gave us the feeling of being valued as guests. We were also given an extremely early check-in at 11am, and the 23rd story (the building has a total of 24 stories), and a nice birthday cake as an amenity. The price is reasonable and it is located a short walk away from the mrt (we used exit B2). Based on the hotel's TV information, a shuttle bus might be available, so do email them to ask. Overall, a great hotel to stay in the tianhe area. 我们在广州天河希尔顿酒店住了一晚。服务特棒办理入住手续的时候，Nicole 在旁边协助, 确保一切都万无一失。前台的 Kimi 也很友善，很有耐心的讲解一切的事项。感觉很温馨，让我们有“很受重视”的感觉。入住办理也不会久。酒店也给我们提早入住。酒店也根据我们得要求给了高层的23楼房间（酒店最高24层），还给我们做了蛋糕。对于我们的特殊要求，酒店做得非常完善。价格合理，也离火车站不太远。跟去酒店电视上的资料，酒店有免费巴士送往广州东火车站。最好是先问一下。在天河区是一个非常值得入住的酒店
