When I asked for an upgrade at a higher price, the front desk replied that I could take me to see other rooms! Thank you very much for upgrading a room for free, and the original price difference of 30 was required! I should have given a good review, but the experience of staying here is really bad! I didn't sleep well at night, and my hands were full of lumps from mosquito bites! The sanitation is also very bad. As soon as I entered, there were blood stains on the toilet. I contacted the front desk to disinfect and wipe the dust for me. The waiter who came told me that my aunt had gone off work and could not disinfect. I said that it was okay to wipe it. The waiter replied that it might not be professional. Give me a few disposable pads to deal with one night first. Is there any professional in wiping the toilet? Is it professional to wipe it myself? Fortunately, the service attitude is still good, smiling, but the work is not in place. Originally booked for three nights, left the hotel early in the morning and changed to another one, I really can't stand the mosquitoes! And the toilet! I can't stand it!
