It takes only 10-15 minutes by car from the terminal to the hotel, 45 minutes by subway to the city center, and 60 minutes by subway to Guangzhou Pazhou Exhibition Center. It takes about 20 minutes from the hotel to Gate 13 of the Departure Hall of Terminal 1, and about 15 minutes to Gate 43 of the Departure Hall on the third floor of Terminal 2. Guests can take the hotel's free shuttle bus to the hotel from Gate 13of the Departure Hall of Terminal 1 or Gate 43 of the Departure Hall on the third floor of Terminal 2. Arrived a bit late at the airport, the shuttle bus is full and my son got no seat, they not really make sure everybody got aeat before depart to hotel. No noodle provided after 12am. Breakfast start at 6am. We take away the breakfast set as we dpeart to airport on 6am by the free shulttle also. The room is big and clean. Front desk is friendly.

Stayed for a few hours layover with my family, and for the price and service, it was unbelievable. The service was excellent. The hotel shuttle to the airport left us, and the receptionist booked a private taxi within a few minutes at no charge to us. I did not get the name of the receptionist, but please make higher management aware of this review and the excellent service. Thank you.

The service from the beautiful lady at the front desk was excellent, the room was upgraded for free, and it was great to book tea and dinner in the afternoon. I will stay there again next time

Good shuttle bus service. The room is very modern, well designed, with toilet and shower separated. but there is a big insect next to the toilet, which made my daughter jumping out of the bathroom.

This and other airport hotels are somewhat in the middle of no where especially if you don't have a car. It is easy enough to call a Didi if you wish to get around, but subway station close by. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. There is a complimentary laundry which is handy. The reception staff command of English is poor; especially for an airport hotel with frequent international travelers you expect better. Also when asked where to go for food, they did not advise the numerous restaurants including BBQ venues and supermarket which were just behind the hotel. Instead they directed to take a taxi to a location 10mins away!?!?!?! I had requested a non smoking room, however was given a smoking room despite the reminder of my request at check in. I was forced to go back to reception and have it changed. The hotel offers afternoon tea and late night noodles, included with your room rate but the actual offering is nothing special.
