Intense smoking smell in room n corridor.
Poor room sound proof, compound with guests next door that do not sleep at night for online gaming.
Breakfast is mediocre.
Front desk staff service is slow n unwilling, except one man that is helpful
Gloomy n dated lobby, room window is heavily dusted with stained from outside
MRT station is nearby BUT inconvenient for wheelchair bound travellers (no elevator, only hv one way up escalator, need to request for MRT staff assistance for downward slow manual service)

I booked a normal hotel, but it turned out to be an e-sports hotel.
It's fine that it's an e-sports hotel, but the toilet door can't be locked.
The toilet door is still transparent. My god, I'm staying with my family, how embarrassing.
The triple room is completely transparent, but it doesn't matter to couples.
I talked to the front desk and found that all the toilets are the same.
The toilet sewer is blocked, and the water can't drain down and flows out of the toilet.
Fortunately, the service staff came up quickly to help clear it. The service is good.
Booked 8 days and stayed for one night and checked out.
Another thing worth praising is that the location is really great.
There are food places downstairs, so you don't have to worry about finding food. There are many delicious foods.

The hotel is pretty good. It looks like a light luxury hotel. The decoration style is very impressive. The room space is also OK. The hygiene is within my expectations and I am quite satisfied with it. I personally have relatively high requirements for hygiene, and I didn't find any fault with it, hehe~
