很離譜的一次經歷，提前半個月訂了兩晚，有廚房和陽台的舒適大床房。入住當天快到達時一女的打過來説裝修吵，要求我退房，我不答應，讓她安排個安靜點的；沒多久又打第二通，説廁所堵了，要求我退房，語氣很惡劣，沒答應，想過去看情況是否屬實；第三次又打，直接説扯皮啥的，態度極之惡劣，説衹能給我換隔壁公寓（新時代公寓）住（這對本人沒保障）。我打平台客服反饋，客服態度很好，説會跟進解決。導航到達後不識路，聯繫公寓，直接把我帶去新時代公寓，安排一個特別特別差沒有窗户的單間，且早上四五點就開始咚咚咚的裝修聲，要求換房間，但新時代的女老闆語氣態度特別差説不可能有窗户的貴很多（本來我訂的就是有陽台有窗户有廚房的舒適大床房）。
新時代公寓的女老闆説東弘居公寓的女老闆人在帽子叔叔那裡扣着，公寓封了，所以讓我到新時代公寓住。
本人領着沉重的行李，當天降温至15度且下午，第二天又有重要的事情，就勉強住下了。但是她的説辭，態度，協調，居住環境等體驗感特別特別差。我翻看了東弘居的預訂列表，一直在營業中，所以他們多次説假話，推諉，扯皮，還把我換去另一個環境特別差的公寓，沒有安全保障。還動不動就：那你退房別住！！！居住期間聽到女老闆跟其他住客也發生大吵大鬧的行為。
寫出來讓大家鑒別，提高警惕，別消費了還受氣。唯一欣慰的是，平台客服很好，保證會幫我解決並替代其他公寓居住。但是一個人拿着沉重的行李，天氣不好，大晚上的折騰會影響行程，勉強住了下來。
合理懷疑我提前訂好了沒給我留房間，私下把房間漲價租給其他住客，然後各種理由要我取消訂單。
總之一句話，避雷避雷避大雷！！！

垃圾酒店，前台態度差，樓上一直在施工，從早上到晚上，不喜歡休息的可以放心訂，一開始説好的150一天，因從外地趕過來，訂了三天，交了450，現在行程提前就衹住了兩天，開始給我説我前兩天住的是200一晚上，事先也沒給我説明，今天卻臨時加價，就是不想退錢，建議外地的都別來，我衹是一名普通的學生，我給前台説那就報警吧，但最後也就衹退給了我100。

去參加考試的，由於經費緊張所以和其他兩個朋友一起拼一間雙人房，老闆看我們三個是小丫頭就給我們了一間超大床房真的很暖心😍😍晚上睡得很舒服~下面就有超市和早餐店，還有菜市場什麼的，距離地鐵站也比較近，算很方便啦~下次有其他考試要參加還會去考慮再次訂購的😍
