Location is very close to subway station but eateries are lacking nearby. Room size is adequate with 2 queen size bed. The room furnishing are old.
The bathroom is the weakest point.
Reception and house keeper is good.

Very clean hotel. Very good service by the staff. Great location to explore Guangzhou. The experience is very homely. Quiet, spacious, clean and many amenities provided. They use luxurious towels for your bathroom needs. More than enough space for 2 XL luggages.
A splendid view as well.
I really enjoyed the stay here especially with the impeccable service by the staff who are on 24h standby

Great location, just steps from the metro and right across from the city center filled with cafes, restaurants, shops, and more. The front desk staff were friendly and eager to assist. My review is based on a room on a higher floor (20th) with views of Canton Tower. The hallway shows some signs of aging, but overall, this hotel offers good value for money compared to nearby options, which were closet size for the same price. I would stay here again.

The service was good, our initial room was facing the road but they upgraded us to another room (away from traffic) as we were only staying one night

I stayed here from December 3rd to December 15th and had the best experience. Zoe the manager, and every staff member took such great care of me and made me feel very comfortable. They immediately upgraded my room when I arrived and even kept the same room for me, and stored all my luggage and food when I had to check out for 2 nights. They were very patient with all my requests and did everything they could to help me. The room was large, clean, and also included a washing machine, and refrigerator which was great for my 2 week stay. There was free fresh coffee available everyday in the lobby which was delicious. I will definitely be staying here again when I’m back in Guangzhou. I hope everyone stays safe and warm!
My only feedback and advice is to take pictures of the room when you enter because I almost did not get my deposit back because there was a mark on the floor that was already there when I checked in and I was questioned about it upon check out.
