Room was spacious, breakfast was delicious, and hotel staff was incredibly welcoming and obliging. Flower was especially generous and benevolent. She was even kind enough to give me some small gifts for the Mid-Autumn Festival before I left! I wholeheartedly recommend the hotel to anyone who is looking for an affordable and cozy stay in Xintang!

I had a great stay at Hampton! The front desk staff were very friendly and professional, especially Flower and Aaron. They even gave me a super cute panda luggage tag, which made me smile! The breakfast was amazing with many choices. The best surprise was the chicken soup with cordyceps flowers — it was delicious and very special. The room was clean and comfortable, and the sunrise view from the window was beautiful. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again!

The service was outstanding, with every staff member going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. The food at the hotel was delicious and thoughtfully prepared, offering a great variety of options. One of the coolest features was their service robots, which added a unique and futuristic touch to the entire experience — such a fun and convenient addition! A special mention must go to Eva at the reception, who truly made a difference. She was incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional, ensuring that every detail was taken care of with a smile. Her attentiveness and hospitality set the perfect tone for my stay. Overall, Hampton by Hilton Xintang combines great hospitality, modern amenities, and an unforgettable level of service. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Guangzhou and would definitely love to stay here again!
