Strongly recommend to stay as this is newly open in 2024. All the facilities are new and very clean. The hotel is converted from commercial shop office which located 6th to 8th floor. This area is fully surrounded by stationery wholesalers.
I choose this as my priority cuz doesn't need to cross over the big junction to yong qing fang, turn left from the hotel lobby about 7 min walk. Whereas Sha Mian Dao is turn right from the hotel lobby, quite a distance about 1.2km and cross over a big junction.
Got a very friendly and helpful staff.
not much choices of restaurant around the hotel, so they had prepared hotel guest some simple breakfast. I personally feel that the breakfast is delicious. Such as porridge, you tiau, pau, omelette, glutinous rice, man tou, soya and many more. Save us a lot of time to hunt for food.
Dislike the toilet as slightly see through from the outside.

Hotel is 400m from Exit C from MRT and consider quite near, but nearby do not have much eateries.
Walking distance to Yong Qing Fang and Sa Mian Dao. Overall okay.
And need to thanks to the young ladies that lend me the phone to call Railway Station lost and found counter to check on my loss phone.

Overall, the hotel is good—it's close to the city center, right next to the main road and a mall, making it quite convenient for the price.

Walking Distance to the nearby MRT & famous YongQiFan. Good Staff services. Hotel also provide free laundry and luggage storage services.
Downside - Limited choice Breakfast & Less restaurant/foods in surrounding area and Conveniences store closed at 11pm.

Close to Metro and convenient to get Didi, on the main road and big shopping mall just 5 minutes walk. Nice and clean hotel friendly staffs.

Take around 8 mins from Metro, the rooms are on fl.7-8. The bed is quite hard. Normal breakfast.
