Hotel room is very spacious. Able to view canton tower from the room type I’ve booked. Room cleanliness is tiptop. Front desk service is excellent. One low point for this hotel is the location. The nearest metro station is 900m from hotel. But overall is good

Xiao Jing and Xiao Tan made it very simple through booking. They have a luggage deposit service. You can come and collect later. Xiao Wu and Liuli helped me in translation and booking cab. Very helpful. Rooms are clean and great view.

The hotel left a very good impression. The room was spacious and clean, designed for four guests — we stayed as three people, but there were only two sets of towels. It’s not a big issue, you can just ask at the reception. Breakfast is buffet-style with a good selection and great price. One small thing to note — foreign guests should bring their own plug adapter, as the hotel had run out when we asked at the front desk. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay. The staff were polite and helpful

Terrible cleanliness standard. First sight that greeted me after I checked into my room was the urine-stained toilet seat cover. Obviously it was used and never cleaned after. The sofa in the living room was badly stained too. I never sat on that sofa. I had to contact the hotel reception via WeChat and get the hotel cleaner to clean the toilet seat. I checked China's DianPing app. This hotel was only rated 2+ stars. Take my advice and stay elsewhere. For this loft unit, the bedroom upstairs was very warm as the aircon cannot reach the area. Even though I already set 20deg cooling at max fan speed. I had to use my mini handheld fan most of the time I am there. Location wise there are food choices about 10mins walk from hotel. No issues hailing a taxi from main road. 卫生水准差，才刚入住就发现马桶盖上有尿迹。之前的旅客用过但工作人员没有清洗。沙发也严重有迹，我不敢坐。大众点评上只有2星。即使开到20度，空调无法让上层房间凉却，我得用手提风扇让自己好过。

客户在廣州轉機，幫忙訂的房間。位置不錯，離廣州塔不遠，步行10多分鐘。客服態度很好，專門打電話加了微信，方便溝通，還給免費升級了房型，客户很滿意。衞生也很乾凈，住的比較安靜。性價比高，值得推薦。
