I have zero complaints about the room other than it was a bit cramped between the TV and the bed, it was excellent and very good value. The staff was also excellent and very helpful once I found them, because the instructions to find the hotel were inadequate to say the least. I assume the message they send is outdated because downstairs there was no indication at all of where the hotel was, I had to ask two other hotels before I found their clearly temporary reception in room 2801 on the 28th floor in the A building going up the elevators behind the lobby of Vienna hotel.
