What an amazing place very clean and simple. This is my second time staying here. I usually come here to use the bathtub because it is one of the very few places in Guangzhou that has a decent bathtub that allows me as an athlete soak. the room comes equipped with a projector and of course they have fast Wi-Fi. If you have detergent, they also have a wash washer and a rack to dry your clothes. The hotel in the room is modern and the AC works very well in the bed, although it’s on the floor like a Japanese style bed. It is very comfortable.

Worst apartment and worst unit I have ever stayed in China. The location was fine but room condition is bad. Many things are not working as expected and room looks dodgy.

Apartment no have reservations so if you want stay at here must to add WeChat and pay deposit by app to them , for location , room all so good no have smell and so quiet.

It is in a central location and the subway station is just downstairs. There are many restaurants below because there is a mall below.
The building is already old and you can see it in the hallway, but if you are just sleeping, it is worth it. The place is clean.
The service is really good and they reply really fast on WeChat.

Facilities: Basic public facilities are only available, carpet curling and bed frame is unstable
Sanitation: Very poor, basically most of the equipment is covered with dust, and the bed is not clean
Environment: The interior of the house is dark and damp
Service: I asked to change the room temporarily, but found that the environment was very bad after entering. I asked to change it but didn't say anything and acted cool
