Twice during my stay the room was not cleaned at my return after 18:00 in the evening
Tea was not replenished.
Breakfast is simply bad and never replenished if there are too many people in the hotel. I cannot recommend to pay for the breakfast.

The room was large and nice but the wifi was bad. I like that the lobby always offers free coffee and water, they even offer desserts at night. How wonderful!
The gym aircon was broken and you have to work out in the heat.
The buffet breakfast was not very nice, so I hardly ate each morning.
Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
