Non-smoking room smelled heavily of smoke and was nearly unbearable, and non-smoking room had an ashtray for cigarettes? Service and amenities were good however. Location is very close to Xilang station which connects Guangfo and Line 1.

The hotel has a great location, with plenty of food options downstairs and close proximity to the subway station. The hotel is very new, with complete facilities, and it's clean and comfortable. However, the dryer couldn’t completely dry my clothes even after two cycles. Overall, everything was great, except for the unpleasant attitude of the front desk staff during check-in, which was a bit disappointing.

We loved the hotel and all the services they offer to customers. The personnel was always very kind, specially Mahobei who helped us with all internet matters. Plenty of restaurants and food stalls nearby. The metro station is quite near too.

Location quite far from city centre, but it is okay since the subway station (Xilang) is walkable within 5 min. Smart room is big , lots of restaurants and supermarket are nearby. Service is very good, but not excellent. They provide Free washing machines and Dryers (including detergent) for customers, that is very useful for us since we had travel 3 weeks from North . Recommended.

Room was excellent, large clean & comfortable with a large window. Woman at checkin was wonderful & polite. McDonald’s downstairs & food options a short walk away by the wet market. What I don’t like is its location, there are currently many constructions in the neighborhood, so it’s a mess to walk around or to metro station. Hotel itself is fine, far enough from the noise, so it’s adequately quiet.

Facilities: Complete supporting facilities, easy to use
Hygiene: The room is clean and tidy, no odor
Environment: Comfortable environment, no noise at night, close to the subway station, convenient transportation
Service: Thoughtful front desk service, convenient parking, robot takeaway, no need for takeaway guy to go upstairs
