巨坑！巨坑！巨坑！
首先是照片的别墅照片是其他的地方！絶對不是現場實景！實際的住宿其實是民居住宅但用來當酒店房出租。
首先，要自付停車費用，停車場内的通道及泊位狹隘，而且指定的停車位是最末端的一個，停車一般在酒店是免費的！住宅内全是缺乏保養維修的！住宅的裝修估計超過三十年，清潔衞生程度就是“眼不見為乾淨”！首先是厨房的水龍頭是破的，少了一枝手柄。厨房抽氣扇是黄黄黑黑的。客廳的茶几油漆脱落，惨不忍睹！厠所的抽氣扇是壞的，連地布地拖都欠奉，要開窗等吹乾，等自然風帶走臭味，地面是濕漉漉的，容易造成滑倒及受傷！馬桶直接不敢坐着用，寧願到附近食店用踎到腳軟的踎厠。牀鋪算是可以的，沒有味道，但有點癢癢的感覺。其中一間房的窗簾是壞的，漏光，其中一房的内有牆腳線脱落。有一張牀的牀背有垃圾（其他的沒有去看），晚上厠所有少許小型蟑螂。四個有耳的杯子沒有蓋，得兩個漱口杯，電水壺的底又是黄柑柑的。屋内有少許蚊，但電蚊香沒有蚊液！好自為之！最不可思議的是朋友在房間睡覺時聽到有幾次敲窗聲；而我則在半夜聽到有人在客廳執拾東西，但朋友都否認半夜有出去客廳活動！當然，我哋都沒有起牀去印證是否有聽錯！
另外，必須要注意的是屋苑本身不帶温泉，要驅車五分鐘到屋苑外面的温泉區另外買票才有温泉浸！實際費用要叠加上去！（例：碧泉空中温泉每位成人收費¥138，費用不能小覷！）
結論：成千蚊一晚的兩房兩廳一星級的住宅，卻收着三星級的價錢！中伏！中伏！中伏！以上全是實際親身體驗！各位可自行判斷本人所寫的真偽。

從化這邊環境空氣非常好，房間設施齊全，乾淨衞生！走出陽台看着風景很舒服！附近吃飯宵夜也一應俱全！服務也很到位，跟我們介紹了附近的温泉和遊玩景點！挺好。有時間還再來！

設施很老舊兩百多的價格，真不值，不如去大一點的連鎖酒店，地理位置很偏！！！要住的想清楚！衞生也很差真的不建議去住

房間不錯喲！乾淨衞生！房間夠大住的舒服！老闆人也很好！我們回學校拍畢業照的，離南方學院很近，開車才幾分鐘就到了，打車也很方便（好像這裡是離學校最近的了）。周邊吃飯地方也多，好多農莊農家菜。還去打卡了聖託利麥當勞！

交通便利，周邊環境很好，服務也很好！有什麼問題管家及時解決！適合度假、短住。房間也挺大的，房間有陽台，可以在陽台吹吹風看看風景，房間乾淨衞生，還有洗衣機，冰箱，住這邊挺舒服！性價比高！
