The service was good and the breakfast was good, but the hardware facilities were rubbish. First of all, the toilet in the first room had no power to flush. After flushing a few times, the so-called smart toilet got clogged and kept flooding. The speed was so fast that it was like a zombie siege, very scary (just like the situation in Figure 1 and the toilet video). So of course we changed rooms. The toilet in the second room was working properly, but the drainage in the bathroom was almost useless. After only 5 minutes of flushing, the water was already flooded to my feet, and after 10 minutes, it was flooded outside. (Picture 2 and the towel video) After the water was drained, it was still a little bit left until the next morning. Smart home is great but the hardware can't be this bad. Even taking a shower is so difficult. Living in a hotel is like being a refugee! ! Only the waiters are normal, and it's good that robots deliver food to the room, but the facilities are really rubbish! !
