Absolutely the WORST hotel experience of my life-avoid this place at all costs!
First of all, the location is a complete nightmare. It’s literally in the middle of nowhere, surrounded on all sides by noisy construction zones. Forget about peace and quiet-the relentless clanging, drilling, and shouting starts at sunrise and doesn’t stop until late at night. You’ll feel like you’re sleeping on a construction site, because you basically are.
But the real disaster was the air conditioning. It NEVER worked, not for a single minute of my stay. The room was stuffy, hot, and unbearable. When I complained, the staff member Jack flat-out lied to my face, saying it was fixed. Spoiler alert: it was NOT fixed, and he didn’t even bother to offer any real help or alternative. I spent my entire stay sweating and miserable while the staff did absolutely nothing.
As a Diamond member, I’m supposed to be eligible for upgrades and special treatment. Here? They couldn’t care less. I was completely ignored, and my loyalty status meant nothing to them. Honestly, that was just the cherry on top of their total incompetence and lack of basic hospitality.
This hotel is a disaster from start to finish. If you value your comfort, your sanity, or even just a good night’s sleep-DO NOT stay here. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone.
