All Seasons Hotel (Guangzhou Tianhe Zhongshan Avenue West Road)

Honest review: I have stayed at the All Seasons Hotel many times, for business trips, travel, and homecomings. I have always been very satisfied with their service, room facilities, and tea fragrance, so I also give priority to All Seasons when I visit Guangzhou during the New Year. This hotel is in an urban village, just turn in from the main road. The underground parking lot is shared with other hotels, and you can park in the All Seasons dedicated parking space. There are convenience stores and barbecue restaurants around the hotel. There are many restaurants within a 500-meter walk, and a BRT station is about 400 meters away. It is a bit far from the subway station. I asked the front desk for a quiet room, and the front desk gave me a room on the 5th floor near the community. After entering the room, I found that there was a lot of noise. I went to the window and saw that there was a similar exhaust duct device working whirring below, so I contacted the front desk, and he said he would help us change to the same room type on the 15th floor. Soon the robot delivered the room card. After entering the room, I didn't hear the whirring noise, so I went out to play. When I came back at night, I accidentally found blood on the pillow. Then I checked and found blood on the inside of the extra quilt and on the edge of the quilt in the original room. I contacted the front desk immediately, and he arranged for an aunt to come and change all the bedding immediately. When I slept at night, I found a buzzing low-frequency noise in the room, which never stopped. I may not have noticed it when I came in during the day because of the environmental noise, and I was in a hurry to go out, so I didn't notice the low-frequency noise. I thought it was quite late, and it would be troublesome to change the room at the hotel front desk, and there might not be a room. I was afraid that there might be this low-frequency noise if I changed the room again, so I thought I would just spend the night. It was past 12 o'clock in the morning and I was so sleepy that I still fell asleep reluctantly. Note: I originally booked this hotel for another night through Ctrip. Last night, I realized that the continuous low-frequency noise was most likely caused by the resonance of the exhaust device below the room on the 5th floor in the morning. Thinking that I would still face this low-frequency noise problem if I stayed longer, I canceled the extension order at around 11 o'clock last night and moved to the Grand Seasons Hotel in Dashadong, Huangpu District. Highlights: 1. When I checked in in the morning, I just mentioned that I wanted to add a quilt, and when I came back at night, the quilt was put on the bed, which is a good comment. 2. The front desk and cleaning staff responded quickly, and the blood stains on the bedding were quickly resolved. Disadvantages: The buzzing low-frequency noise problem is a big problem. Low-frequency noise is different from other noises. It will make people upset and seriously affect sleep. I don’t know about other rooms. The suffix 16 room type near the end is particularly obvious. At that time, I saw that the exhaust outlet under the 16 room type on the 5th floor was located at the end of the room, probably on the 3rd or 4th floor, just below the window sill of the room.

The hotel service is very good. They will lend us an umbrella when it rains. The room is clean and tidy, with complete facilities. There are eight bottles of water in the room, which is very generous. The decoration style is simple but luxurious.

The room feels very small. The whole room is just a bed and a table. There is a plug only on one side of the bed. The water is hot and cold. The door is not soundproof, and you can always hear the door opening and closing outside at night. The external environment is not captured in the introduction picture. There are trams parked in a mess near the lobby. There is also a construction site outside. To be honest, it's a bit difficult to stand

Booking a hotel in Guangzhou is too troublesome. I changed several hotels and still chose the Four Seasons. The room is very comfortable and the decoration is very attentive. It is considered to be a better Four Seasons. The front desk guy is very nice and the service is very professional.
