設施：原來定的是複式，但因為樓梯太陡的問題換了平層。複式的樓梯真的有待改進，太陡了
衞生：沒發現不乾淨的地方
環境：北京路附近，很方便，不吵
服務：前台小姐姐很有禮貌，處理問題很積極

房舍老舊，水管不通，門口有老鼠跑來跑去。
這次住宿有嚴重被欺騙的感覺，親身體驗如下；
非常糟糕的住宿體驗。
晚上換新的房間洗澡時，浴室排水排水依然不通，造成積水。
(第3天反應櫃台，結果換到一個價位更低，空間更小的房間，櫃台當作理所當然)
更扯的是，櫃台表明自己是新來的，前面的問題，完全沒交接到，因此無法處理。

地段優越，鄰近北京路地鐵站，附近有大型商場，食市，只是步行大約300米便到北京路，非常方便。
員工親切有禮，笑容滿面，安排房間迅速。房間整體來講可以，有陽台，光線充足，但仍有進步改善空間。記得定期做滅蟲啊！
