Location: about 3 mins walk to TianHe Coach Terminal station.
Food: Mostly kubar type of food. There is a mini dimsum stall next to the hotel, which is quite good for a simple breakfast.
Room: Tiny room without window, which wasn't indicated in the booking. Hot water can only be collected from ground floor as max degree frm the water filter is 25 degree. Hi-tech in room system for TV, radio system.
Service: Excellent service (helpful) provided. Free laundry, coffee tea facility.

Guangzhou's BIL Travel Hotel offered affordable accommodations.
The hotel was clean and well-appointed. The front desk staff provided exceptional service (10/10 rating), exhibiting a consistently positive attitude and 24/7 availability. Their assistance with our delivery issues was invaluable. The soundproofing and comfortable bedding ensured a restful night's sleep.

Guess I expected too much for a low price hotel.
Pros:
- Very accommodating staff
- Free flowing coffee with espresso machine at the lobby
- Room has large projector screen and beds are clean. Good enough for you to sleep well.
Cons:
- Lots of mosquitoes and some cockroaches in the lobby and corridors (would not recommend here to stay if you have small kids)
- Hotel has no adequate drop-off lobby. It is very hard and maybe dangerous to alight and get off taxi/van especially if you have a lot of luggages as they will drop and pick you up on the road with some motorcycles and cars passing by
- Location is a bit far from beautiful malls
- Elevator has odor of cigarette smoke as there is also a billiard hall in the top floor where non-hotel guests have access
Overall, the hotel is okay if you are on a budget and just looking for a place to sleep. If you can shell out a few more bucks, I would highly suggest to book 4 or 5 star hotels near the Tee Mall area.

Pros: The best pillows and bedding ever. Silent, clean and comfortable room that’s well suited for rest. Excellent service attitude from staff and little details catered to like: delivery robot bringing take-out to your door, intelligent room control, smart heat-controlled toilet, freshly ground coffee (a life-saver!).
Great value for money!
Cons: The location, there is nowhere outside to rest like a bench, park or garden and it’s a bit far from where I had to be.
The communal area is a little dirty and cluttered. The gym consists of 3 pieces of equipment in a room with shared laundry.
Overall a great experience.

Title: Excellent Stay – Super Friendly Staff & Great Service!
We had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly warm, helpful, and professional. They assisted us with everything—booking cabs, ordering tea and coffee, and even helping us place online food orders. Truly one of the friendliest hotel teams we’ve met!
We tried three different room types during our stay:
• A small room without a window
• A small room with a window
• A large suite
All were clean and well-maintained, with the suite being the most spacious and comfortable. The small rooms are a bit compact, especially for travelers with lots of luggage, but still equipped with all necessary amenities.
The hotel’s location is very convenient—just a short walk to the metro station, making it easy to get around the city.
For Indian travelers: The hotel is a great choice, although there aren’t many Indian food options nearby. That said, the staff was kind enough to help us order meals online, which made a big difference.
A special thanks to the wonderful staff members: Situ, Xiaoxuan, Xiaoyu (Beck), Xiaoyao (Coco), and Zhanpeng.
We especially want to thank Situ for her amazing help and for guiding us throughout Guangzhou—it made our trip so much smoother and more enjoyable.
Our only small disappointment—no discounts offered! But that’s just a joke, because honestly, the overall value and experience made it totally worth it.
Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely consider staying here again!

Great Place to stay, the Mutton Kebab beside this place is... Pretty damn awesome, best I've ever had.
Hotel itself is pretty nice, the location is okay, there's a department store beside for shopping and food. Not many bars around but definitely bubble teas are there.
The front door doesn't look too great but other than that, hotel is clean and has self washer wow. I'd recommend coming back next year

Hotel facilities is good and very technology. Staff service good, room is clean and bed good to sleep~ the hotel is very close to MRT with walk 3 mins distance. There is bus station beside too! Very affordable and comfortable. Like this hotel! Very easy to reach and although it’s beside the road, but room is noice cancelation. Will come again

Staffs are friendly and very helpful during the stay. Most importantly, it’s only 3mins walking distance away from 地铁 line 3 & 6. Recommended 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
