We only stayed for one night, and the hotel's service was truly impeccable! They readily accommodated our request for 5 rooms on the same floor. When we had to check out but some deliveries hadn't arrived yet, they happily agreed to reject them for us. What impressed us the most was that even after we had left China, they went above and beyond to help us with a delivery we had forgotten – they sorted out the arrangements to send it back to the seller for us.
On top of all that, the room was perfectly clean and well-equipped, and the breakfast was one of the best we've had!
