新酒店，服務不錯，但衞生間還得打掃得更仔細一些，一股尿騷味，淋浴房還有一條上一位客人留下的浴巾沒收。早餐説真的品種少就算了，味道真不行，要不要考慮換個廚師😂玉米和紅薯看起來一點食慾都沒有，炒粉絲有一些太硬了，9點半下來牛奶和豆漿也都沒有了😪除了酒店設施比較新，服務員態度還不錯，真的不知道要怎麼誇了。😂

帶長者孩子到長隆玩，找了很多酒店，最後精挑細選這家，乾淨，這個是最重要的。不過讓我感動的還是服務，整體服務讓人感受暖暖的。大廳有很舒適的休息區，提個建議，可以放一個飲水機，方便旅客接水。最大感受，每個員工都熱情，積極解決旅客的所有問題，我們長者要喝熱水，在大廳，兩次不同的員工都很熱情耐心的幫忙接熱水，主要長者對水温還有要求！值得點贊！

衞生：人工打掃尚可，但酒店新開，裝修材料太劣質，有很強的裝修味道，辣眼睛
環境：房間在二樓，位於拐角處，窗户緊閉時仍能聽到馬路的車水馬龍聲

太差，一家四口訂的套房，晚上十二點多電話前台要加一床被子，告知沒有被子了、沒辦法解決，電話裏捋了幾句並一再堅持下，總算送了一床被子；
10:15分左右到的早餐餐廳，已經幾乎沒東西可吃了，餐廳服務人員告知因為早餐到10:30❌❌❌❌❌，我告訴他還有十幾分鍾才到10:30，總算叫了阿姨煮了碗麪條；
所住的房間是一個套房，房號201，位於消防樓梯過道處，所以進房間要坐電梯到二樓，按一下通往消防樓梯的門禁後，步行五六米刷房卡才能進房間，進去時沒發現問題，早上出房間時問題來了：門禁從裏面怎麼都打不開，回房間打前台電話，來了一個人輸了密碼門才開😰，我説如果有突**況我竟然出不了這道門😡，來輸密碼的人説你可以走樓梯呀，靠，我拎兩個大箱子也走樓梯？問題是無論是必須找前台輸密碼還是要走樓梯，入住時也他媽沒人告知呀？建議後面入住酒店的朋友，如果非要選這個酒店，千萬不要住房號201的套房（這個樓層好像衹有這一間客房，其他的是洗衣房、健身房、餐廳），我們入住時是23:00左右，這個房間如果是白天入住，鐵定會找前台更換，不知道這樣的酒店攜程為什麼要推薦？

設施：大廳的裝修簡潔雅緻，休息區域多；房間智能音箱，無線充電設備，衞生間洗浴間各自獨立乾濕分離；洗衣房LG洗烘機效果棒。
衞生：乾淨整潔。
環境：離長隆動物園近，地理優勢顯著。
服務：微笑迎接，禮貌問候，有求必應。從進門的幫忙搬運行李，到一開始房間有點小問題主動換房升房，以及幫忙收取烘乾的衣服，全程都很滿意，賓至如歸的體驗。

新開的酒店，衞生設施配套都不錯，床品舒服，房間也不會很大氣味。就是周邊找不到吃的，美食城都沒開業，過些時間可能好點吧。整體價格偏貴，跟希爾頓差不多了，這麼小的房間性價比就很差。
