Very nice staff and attentive! I was able to order food delivery without any problems and the robot will deliver to your door. The laundry facility was free and easy to use as well.

過來中大找同學，經常住這家，新開業的設施設備都齊全也新，不用擔心老破臟的問題，就在中大對面，走路幾分鐘，招牌大容易找，大堂也霸氣，寬敞精緻，前台小姐姐服務好，房間在4樓一整層，有機器人送外賣，要刷卡上樓，私隱安全做的還是很不錯的，學校周邊都是各種美食，廣州不愧是美食之都，你想得到的都能找到，凌晨還能看到阿婆賣牛雜，豬雜粥等，非常的有煙火氣息，推薦推薦。

過來江南新苑找我的老朋友玩，住在這酒店挺方便的，旁邊就是我朋友小區門口，離得很近很方便。這個房間還不錯，採光很好，還有小桌子。工作人員們也都很熱情，服務態度很好。價格也實惠，性價比很高，不錯不錯，推薦。

窗户挺大的，採光很好，這個價格對廣州來説還行，空間也還在，不算很小，一個人或者兩個人住也是綽綽有餘的。退房了還能免費寄存行李，不錯不錯，這一點我也很滿意，還能出門再去附近忙點事兒再回來拿行李，很方便。

第二次入住了，前廳竟然能碰面喊上姓氏招呼，有點意外，
服務挺及時的，房間網絡不太穩定，打電話給工程部後，3分鐘內就有技術人員上門解決，並且事後還致電回訪確認是否暢通。
臨近退房時。 我不小心打碎了茶杯，致電客房服務後，對方第一句話是“您沒有受傷吧？”，然後立刻安排人員前來打掃，並安慰我説“沒關係，我們來處理”，沒有任何抱怨或責備，讓我非常安心。

本來定的高級雅緻雙床房，是一個內窗的雙床，家裡人不太滿意就加錢升級了這個豪華商務雙床房，該説不説價格不一樣就是不一樣，窗户很大，房間很亮，超級滿意，空間也比內窗的大多了，一次性用品也很好用，推薦推薦。

幾個月前住過一次，現在又來住了，主要是這裏離中大很近，比較方便，離地鐵站也很近，周邊設施也都不錯，點外賣也很方便，有機器人送到房間，就是可能偶爾飯點要稍等一會兒，不過還是很滿意的，房間衞生都做的很乾凈，不錯不錯。
