Every time I took a Didi taxi and entered the hotel address, the driver was unable to arrive accurately and could only drop me off on the main road, which was not very convenient for travelers with luggage. The hotel is located in an old building and shares space with other offices. Fortunately, the room was clean and tidy, and quite quiet. Although the view was average, it was acceptable. What impressed me most about the front desk service was the two slightly plump female employees, whose service was very warm and considerate. In addition, the male employee who wears glasses on the night shift is also very responsible. Once I encountered a mosquito problem, he specially helped me deal with it with a very good attitude. But what made me very dissatisfied was the thin girl who checked me in. Not only was her attitude cold, she also lacked basic manners (no smile, no greeting, no introduction of any information). When my friend asked her about food nearby, she actually said directly, "Go to Dianping and check for yourself." It felt like she was totally unsuitable for the service industry. If her job makes her so unhappy, she might as well change her career as soon as possible. In comparison, her colleagues are more service-oriented than her. There are some interesting little details in the hotel, such as a self-service daily necessities area and robots delivering fruit and water, which is quite cute.
