因為是新開酒店，所以設施環境應該都還可以吧，酒店沒有樓梯，但是老闆會幫你提行李箱。但是衞生搞得不是很乾凈。衞生間的門根本就沒搞過，沒有窗户的房間，不知道哪裡來的小飛蟲。看到有小飛蟲跟商家協商。先是幫你拍後來又噴殺蟲劑，噴完讓我直接睡覺。問題是小飛蟲根本噴不完。叫商家解決。老闆娘有點不耐煩態度很差吵了幾句。

入住這家公寓真的超出預期！首先，位置絕佳，步行5分鐘就能到地鐵站，周邊超市、餐廳一應俱全，日常通勤和生活都超級方便。公寓內部的設施也很貼心，家電都是全新的，衞生狀況更是沒話説，入住時房間一塵不染，床品乾淨柔軟，睡得特別香，最要誇的是管家服務，回覆消息特別及時，有任何問題都能快速解決，態度也特別好，

這次的入住體驗非常滿意!酒店服務態度非常好，員工們始終保持着親切的微笑，不僅如此，她們的形象也非常出色，一舉一動都充滿了專業性的親和力，給人留下了深刻的印象，酒店的位置也非常方便，周圍交通便利，出行毫無壓力，房間內設施非常齊全，乾淨整潔，生活用品一應俱全。建議晚上來永慶坊，建築上都會亮燈，不會太暗，拍照片很有氛圍感，很多美女也會選擇古風攝影，永慶坊裏有很多拍照的店可以選擇，而且晚一些逛街也正好不熱～推薦給所有的朋友們!

📍酒店坐落於永慶坊旁，步行即達西關風情街區！住這裏，清晨推開窗便是嶺南老城的煙火氣，夜晚歸來看騎樓燈火如星河。房間温馨舒適，交通四通八達，吃喝玩樂一應俱全～無論是打卡文藝小店、品嚐地道美食，還是漫遊荔枝灣，都超方便！
還有酒店老闆的熱情和藹，前台的熱情迎接，房間的整潔舒適，街道的繁華地段，都讓我對這所公寓充滿讚美！

首先，交通非常便利。 出門走幾分鐘就到地鐵站了，去哪裡玩或者趕車都特別省時間。其次，樓下吃的選擇特別多。 各種小吃店、餐館都有。離永慶坊也很近。
民宿因為是新開的，房間和設施都很新，也很乾凈整潔，住着挺舒服的。
房東的服務態度也很好，溝通順暢。
唯一的不足就是沒有電梯，如果行李很多或者有長者的慎選。
