Hotel is well located among food areas. Hotel receptionist are very courteous and respectful. Met all of needs. Person of mention is a female receptionist by the name of May is exceptional in her service and capabilities. Would be coming back to stay for my next visit.

I had such an amazing time here , I loved the breakfast, it was 10/10 , they included western food and also Chinese food, there was a lot to choose from. The location is amazing , you are close to everything especially if you are here for business. Also the rooms are spacious and very clean and beautiful ❤️ I’m definitely coming back

退房時不小心把充電器落在了房間，已經到車站了，前台打電話給我，我才反應過來，我的充電器沒拿，酒店到廣州站衹有十幾分鍾，再晚一會打電話我就已經上車了，真的很迅速很貼心，這我才細想原來從我到酒店他們一直都很貼心，昨天下雨了，但我沒有帶雨傘，剛想買，結果看到房間裏還配備了雨傘。這個價格，這個性比價和服務真的絕了以後來廣州就住這裏
