I checked in this Atour Hotel during the Canton Trade Fair which I probably paid more than the usual off peak period.
The hotel is very new and so are the hotel staffs. I spent 30 minutes plus to connect to the hotel Wifi with no success. I raised a simple Wifi request and yet they took more than 30 minutes to sort it out. The English language skill by the hotel staff was very primitive. I asked her how to go to the Grand Hyatt Hotel and she couldn't understand what Grand Hyatt is.
We have endured excessive noise during our stay due to the ongoing renovations. When I booked the hotel, I thought it is within a reasonable distance from subway. Gosh! I was so wrong. It virtually took me 30 minutes to cut through the traffic to the nearest subway station.
Honestly, I am very disappointed with this Atour Hotel stay.
The breakfast was choatic as they have only one chef to handle eggs, noodles plus other cookings.
I love Atour brand!
I will continue to stay with Atour hotel. I love this China brand!
But, the Atour team will have to work very hard to win back the disappointed guests like me to come back to stay in this hotel.
I look forward to the hotel management response to my complaints.

出來獨自旅行，從北邊到南邊，一直住的都是亞朵，這家亞朵酒店的話是今年新開的，衞生條件非常好，特別安靜，服務也特別好，前台的小姐姐苑婷需要特別表揚，非常的有親和力，笑容有感染力且真誠，讓旅客覺得非常的舒心，以後不管是出差還是旅行都會鎖定這個品牌，

早餐： 中西合併，中餐為主，粵式中餐，麪條、蒸物、麪條、粥，種類豐富。
位置：周邊臨近運動會，距離地鐵有一點距離，需步行一陣。
設施：齊全。
衞生：乾淨，滿意。
服務：高效溝通，反饋及時。
環境：中高端設計，軟裝硬裝，有一定的品味。
推薦給追求品質和高質量的住客。

非常乾淨的酒店，大堂的服務人員，女經理等都很好，很晚才訂的酒店，因為朋友生日，臨時問可不可以幫我佈置一下房間，他們不但幫我佈置了，還準備了蛋糕，畫了一張生日卡，非常貼心。如果下次再來這裡附近，還會選擇住這裡👍😊謝謝！

酒店很新，空氣很清新，沒有讓我不舒適的那些香氛味。住過很多酒店，還行的、差的我都沒評論過，但是這次體驗感很好，所以一直惦記着離店後要來給他們一個好評。房間細節衞生都很乾凈，用品也都很好，床品也很舒服，枕頭也舒服，空調很給力，智能馬桶。前台很熱情，最最貼心的是洗衣服務，烘乾送到房門。

來廣州出差，恰巧碰上，“樺加沙”颱風🌀被困酒店，周邊所有便利店 飯店全部停止營業，做好了餓肚子的打算，沒想到中午前接到酒店前台電話説為我們準備了簡餐，瞬間被感動到。後來瞭解到他們酒店員工也是冒雨出去採購，真正的讓客人感受到了家的温暖。感謝以及感激😇 ，一家有温度的企業，也真正擔負起了對社會的責任與奉獻。👍
