去旅遊住了好幾晚，酒店很新但是甲醛味很重，帶娃的慎重考慮。酒店邊上是菜市場，非常吵，酒店離各大景點以及市中心都相當遠，交通不便捷。酒店早餐種類少而單一，連續幾天都是一模一樣的菜品。前台服務人員不專業服務素養差，沒記錯的話是11月14日傍晚五點半前台站崗人員口氣很差，態度也不好。反應問題也沒有人出面解釋並解決，個人認為還是管理層欠缺管理能力，導致基層一團亂，出門旅遊基本上住的都是全季，也沒有給過差評，唯一一次。

訂了四晚房間，總之一言難盡，華住會全季住了幾十家肯定有的，但是這一家是最差的沒有之一，什麼5.0版本，真的很下頭好嗎？首先地理位置很偏，去哪裡都不方便，其次早餐品種少的可憐，入住第三晚房門打不開，去下面刷了卡之後到房間、發現根本沒有整理，唯一加分的是客房阿姨很好，及時來打掃了，還有讓前台送指甲鉗，送來的是公用的，還殘留上一位客人用的皮屑。我真的醉了，重點提一下前台有一位女士態度很差！全季什麼時候拉垮到這樣了！

11號凌晨的前台美女服務很好 👍 在大堂吃東西的時候發現前台是開放式的 挺不安全的哦 尤其是夜班的 女生 遇到醉酒客人就不好搞 希望管理人員多為員工安全着想 還有就是電梯廳沒有垃圾桶哦挺不方便的哈 房間整體還是OK的
