Excellent experience.. great staff, helped with all our needs.. free shuttle to Canton Fair which was organised really well. Room was very clean and had a great view.

I booked a superior king-size bed room at first. The room I was given was 8828. When I opened the door, there was a smell, and the smell of cigarettes was very bad. I wanted to open the window to get some fresh air, but it was just a wall. I immediately paid more and changed to a river view king-size bed room. The difference is really huge! The picture is the 8826 river view king-size bed room. The lighting and ventilation are much better! But the air conditioner is too noisy, even at low wind. There were a lot of people at the front desk when I checked in, but no one responded when I called or searched on Ctrip!

I promised to send back the things I left at the hotel early in the morning, but I was worried that the hotel would forget them, so I reminded them early the next morning. However, I didn’t answer the phone or reply to my WeChat message. I finally picked up the phone at noon and managed to get through the phone, so I came to arrange to send it out. The car hit a wall. 設施：房間不大，設定比較舊了，但是洗澡水特別特別好！這點超讚。停車場大，有充電樁
衞生：整體衞生很好，乾淨整潔
環境：守着江邊，可以沿江溜達，很舒服，現場升級了江景，窗外還是不錯的
服務：整體挺好，節假日早餐沒了，有提前電話告知，挺好的。外賣也挺方便
