Good hotel , we checked in late but over all good location. Chose option with breakfast but there was very limited options in western and english breakfast. Mostly chinese breakfast

The location is 10-mun-walk from Exit B of nearest metro rail.
The room is clean & tidy
The staff Leo was reactive to our enquiry.
There was no self-help laundry service. Breakfast was fair. In sum, this hotel could meet our needs.Water leakage happened after showering.

Dear manager,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally complain about an issue with the air conditioning unit in my room at hotel. Unfortunately, it has not been functioning properly, and the temperature has become quite uncomfortable.
Despite adjusting the thermostat and ensuring that the unit is set to cooling mode, the air conditioning does not seem to be providing any relief. As a result, the indoor environment has become increasingly hot, making it difficult to sleep comfortably.
I would appreciate it if you could arrange for a technician to assess and repair the air conditioning unit at your earliest convenience. It is essential to resolve this issue promptly, especially given the current weather conditions.

Not bad. But tv not working like on off. Didnt get the techinician, as i was so tired after the expo. The shuttle bus is convenient though.
