Facilities: Average, 1. There are vending machines in the hotel corridor; 2. The air conditioner does not heat, which is terrible, the first time I have encountered this.
Hygiene: I don't know how it happened, but I found that the face towel was black. It was obviously not cleaned.
Environment: The elevator kept ringing at night, and it beeped every time it went up; the room was not soundproofed;
Service: Average. One night there was no drinking water in the room, I don't know why. The guest information registered at the front desk was incorrect.
