The service is great. The owner gave us guideline about how to get to the hotel and greeted us warmly. The room came with nice mountain view and city view. The room is clean. Highly recommend.

The hotel(Apartment)is located at Lida Buildings on the Yueken Road. Went on the center to find B1 Building and asked Security guard to open the gate for us then we could see B1 Bldg. but we could not find any office(very frustrated at beginning that's why I described in details). We had to call owner via Trip.com on our booking and then the owner came down to pick us up to his office on 6th Floor. He took us to room on 19th floor. He told us how to use codes to open the room and WiFi. Room had 2 beds that good for 3 of us. There were many restaurants around there and walked to Yantang Metro station 7-10 minutes where good location for takeing metro line 3( to the airport, Cantan Tower) and line 6( to Baijing Lu). We stored luggages at owner office after checked out that very nice to go around without them.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Guangzhou. Our room offered a beautiful mountain view, and the hotel was exceptionally clean, with daily housekeeping. The location was convenient, with shops nearby and a metro station within walking distance. The staff were also exceptionally friendly and accommodating, enhancing our overall experience. .

Location is good, staff showed me 3 different rooms to choose from which was really nice. The only complaint is the coffee mugs in the room were dirty. Staff replaced them immediately but it really should not have happened in the first place. Staff also delivered a microwave upon request very quickly. A later check out was also kindly granted.

The hotel and room were excellent. However, they didn't offer early check-in, but they did provide us with space to sleep in their reception area.
The apartment was equipped with high-security facilities and the location was perfect for us. There is a market area a few steps away from the apartment. We would love to stay there again.
