第一次入住，體驗很好，前台小姐姐怕白天吵給我升級房型，太愛了😍，衞生也很好，房間很大，酒店位置就在馬路旁邊，但是不吵，性價比高，推薦推薦

酒店環境不錯，贈送早餐好吃呦，位置很好找就在中國石化加油站旁邊，還有很大的停車場，客房衞生乾淨也很寬敞，前台服務很棒，特別熱情

前台人員態度極差 特指6月21日晚班小姐姐。最開始酒店裡沒有一次性拖鞋 我們便打電話詢問前台能否給我們送 她説沒空得我們自己下去 其次就是酒店衞生 我們在酒店床上發現了假睫毛 第一時間在攜程聯繫了客服 以為就是酒店客服 結果是攜程官方的 攜程説這種情況可以申請全額退款。在這之後這位前台小姐打電話給我們 説退款不行 還説這個假睫毛是我們的 我們兩個人並沒有假睫毛這東西，後面又發現了床上有黃色污漬 又打電話給了前台 這位小姐姐態度語氣巨差 直接説了一句“不是讓你們可以下來換房嗎”這真的是一個酒店前台該有的服務態度嗎？我問她你什麼態度 她也反問了我一句。後面我直接讓攜程幫我們處理無法和這位姐溝通 接着酒店經理打電話給我們説抱歉 説給我們升級套房 我們拒絕了 衹讓他們退我們第二天的房費 第一天的房費我們還是照給。我們和攜程溝通的是 想要這位前台姐給我們賠禮道歉 衹需要道個歉 而不是攜程官方和酒店經理來道歉 攜程那邊説22號18:00前酒店會聯繫我們 可到現在並沒有收到電話……這樣的員工一點服務意識都沒有 對客户吼叫 並我們反應的本身就是事實 讓她可以自己上來看 她也拒絕。如果酒店這邊這位員工沒有給我們一個合理的道歉 我們會接着投訴。

酒店大堂敞亮，看起來大氣又高檔，停車場就在酒店門口，據説有五六十個車位，過來不怕沒有停車位，哈哈哈，酒店性價比超高，值得推薦
