背景:前來參加廣東省事業單位統考。預訂價格:207/晚。酒店設施:一星。有吹風機好評（但吹風機線纜有發黴現象），有電蚊香液好評，空調嚴重老化無法正常使用差評（僅能啟動無法制冷/制熱）。熱水器老化嚴重年代感十足，提醒須手動斷電比較靠譜。衞生間洗手枱水龍頭損壞維修理。房間隔音約等於無，樓道里有人説話時感受明顯。樓道狹窄陰暗燈光不好，門口的壁燈損壞未修。洗漱用品:洗髮乳沐浴乳為小包制。杯子熱水壺乾淨程度一般。服務:三顆星，辦理流程還行，須在手機上登記，沒什麼槽點。衞生:一星。衞生一般往下，特別是衞生間和靠近窗户邊。帶有明顯黴化現象。有異味！位置:兩星。沒有醒目招牌或路牌指引，公寓在巷子裏不好找，按導航地點打車時容易懷疑是否導航出錯。其它:酒店抽屜中的滅火器已過期兩年……，望店家看到評論後及時更換！其它未盡評論看視頻及圖片。總結:從某個特殊角度看還行，確實沒虛假宣傳，但其它沒宣傳到的角度就是一言難盡了……故寫此評論避雷……

房間臭 廁所更臭 床單有洞 床很硬 還12點半就 把點關掉 我們都開手電筒 收拾東西 退房的 很差 至今為止 我住過最差的一個房了 打死我也不會住的 避坑

網圖與實際相差十萬八千里，村裡的房子偽裝成酒店，環境差，隔音不好，晚上12點睡覺外面很吵！店家服務超級差，到了辦理入住前台找不到人，電話一直打不通，另一個入住的人比我先到，也是説聯繫不到人找不到人！辦理入住後，住的在另一個地方，我行李多，店主帶我過去的時候，全程不幫忙，還是個大男人，就眼睜睜看着我手忙腳亂！總之住的體驗下來感受超級差！

很破爛 像城中村二十年前的房子 而且當時聽到有人在前台砍價到了80一晚 我平台上頂140 真的是怨種 而且最重要的是它也就是值60一晚 根本不隔音很吵 女孩子一個人的話會危險
