Chan Kong Hotel

I like the hotel. The retro car design at the lobby was fascinating from the reception area to the resting area. It looks old but it’s kept well clean. The place smells good too especially in the corridor. I really like it. The bedroom was a bit dark. Could’ve had more lights and more sockets. Hard to charge with only few sockets available. I like the room, the only downside I would give is that it lacks a table and a chair to have food in your room. It’s so inconvenient to eat close to the television. But that’s okay. Location wise it’s slightly far from metro station however there is free shuttle service. You would need to book in advance. The shuttle is from 8-4pm. They can deliver you chimelong which was cool. Many local restaurants nearby and convenience stores. Although I would recommend this place if you’re going chimelong only staying near the south railway station only. The other places I tried to book doesn’t accept non hk, Taiwan, mainland guests. Breakfast buffet was included. Not many choirs and not the best but enough to have something In your stomach.
