Disappointing Stay Due to Poor Service and Unclean Conditions
My recent stay at this hotel was extremely unsatisfactory. **The reception staff was completely uncooperative** and handled interactions in an unprofessional manner. They showed no willingness to assist with basic requests, which made the check-in process frustrating.
**The rooms were unclean** upon arrival, with visible dust, stained surfaces, and unpleasant odors lingering throughout. **The furnishings caused allergic reactions** (likely due to outdated or poorly maintained bedding and carpets), which worsened the discomfort. The persistent bad smells in the room made it impossible to relax.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable or hygienic stay.

The hotel is terrible!
The terrible smell of cigarettes, damp and mold.
Old numbers!
On reception girl not wanted help solve questions.
We asked her to change our room (photo) decided only a couple of hours. And we were very tired.
Nobody speaks English.
We took a breakfast room, but crossed before breakfast with people, they said they were poisoned.

Location is near Metro.
Plenty of restaurants, shopping centres, convenient stores within 100m walking distance.
To find this place, please look for the huge signage.
Entrance is the same door to a private gym. Take a lift to the 4th floor.
Room was clean except for the smell of cigarettes when the aircon is on.

I came to the Canton Fair. And this is the best option for accommodation, very friendly reception, in the hotel lobby there are many delicious things, tea/coffee, yogurts. In the room everything was also good, the bed was big. The only thing was missing a window. We walked around Guangzhou a lot and I realized that this is really the best location! There are several main metro stations nearby, a park, you can rent bicycles and ride to the center. You can get to the exhibition in half an hour. I recommend!
