My husband and I stayed in this Ji hotel for the second time and we are really happy with it. Our transferring second flight got delayed for eight hours which led to a very late arrival at 2 am. But the staff was very responsible and kind. They phoned us up around 9pm to confirm with our trip and pre-selected a good room for us to stay. The hotel has a good laundry room with six commercial washing machines and dryers. We did some washing. You can even leave a note for the staff who will deliver to your room. We will definitely come back again. Fantastic location, good transport connection and food choices.

The front desk customer service manager was excellent. Very friendly young gentleman. Very good location beside the East Guangdong High Speed Rail station.

Hotel is conveniently located at Guangzhou East station and near PQ Park, there are many food options nearby hotel. Hotel room is contemporary and well designed catering to guests' needs. Value for money stay.

Great location! Just across the street from F HSR station. Close to mall and restaurants. Great place to stay even if the room is on the small side. Friendly staff, affordable price. Highly recommended.

Great location to get to anywhere you want to visit in Guangzhou. The service is great and room is big and clean. We booked for 8 nights and booked for family for 6 nights. All had good stay. The after check out luggage service is really convenient. The use robot to deliver your food is really fascinating.

Clean and able to have house keeping everyday. Though some corners were dusty, but still ok.
Service staff were helpful with food delivery (with robot) and also taobao parcels.
Overall a great stay for 8 nights.
Nearby railway station (walkable) if you are going out for day trips, and also near metro station. All within walking distance.
Bed is super comfortable.

Check in is fast and the staff very friendly. Good location metro station just outside the hotel. Travelling around is very convenient. The room is spacious and clean. The hotel hi-tech with robot operating around. Breakfast also very nice wide variety dishes. Will book this hotel again when come to Guangzhou again.

Very convenient location, immediately next to F subway entrance/exit for lines 1 and 3 (3comes directly from airport). Very clean, tidy and nice smelling. Service is very good, chinese style breakfast as well. Only downside is control unit for lightning and AC inside rooms is on chinese language only. I would stay again at this place!
