The hotel room is very clean and the bed is comfortable. The staff are also very helpful and friendly.
Nothing to write home about for its breakfast though. We had it for a few days. Whilst the range of food is wide, the actual food don't change much from day to day. One would easily get bored on his/her third breakfast.
Although the surroundings (within 2 minutes walk) have little to offer, PO Park is within 5-7 minutes walk away. The hotel further enlarge its guests' travel radius by offering shuttle services (on request).
I should also their ability to deal with emergency situations. I actually left important items in the safe upon checking out. Their handling of the situation was appropriate and commendable.
All considered, another fine Hilton hotel.

My stay at the hotel was wonderful, The staff english speakers that was friendly and attentive, both in the reception and concierge (Annie and Tony), always making sure that I had everything I needed for a perfect stay.
The breakfast was good with western and chinese food.
I got early before the official check-in time and get the room immediately, The room was comfortable, clean and well-equipped, with great view of Guangzhou.
The location was good near the east railway station and metro ＜1km.

Flight got delay and hotel has really welcome me and upgraded my room, very supportive with any issues. Great location to be stay in and close to the train station.
Only two issues: 1) Hope to have better control on the night time noisy from other room, on my last night of staying, next door is quite loud til midnight
2) ordered room service for breakfast and the beef noodle was quite oily
Second time staying and will come back again x

I really enjoyed my stay for business. I really appreciate the kindness of Alin the recepcionist, she helped me during all the stay. Overall it’s a great place to stay in a superb location. They really emphasise the standard’s of Hilton hotel chain.

Walking to Guangzhou East Station takes only about 12 minutes, which is very convenient and the price is quite reasonable. Although the hotel is a bit old, it is well-maintained.

Stayed in Hilton Guangzhou for 3nights. Checked in was smoothly done & given an upgrade of room due to reserved room not ready when there at about 2pm.
Room was spacious and clean. Daily cleaned up were done nicely and happy to return to room in late afternoon with fresh condition space.
However, was encountered with a not helpful lobby staff when had an issue with our Didi ride booking, Maybe he could not understand our Chinese words and ignored us.
Luckily, another lobby staff approached us and managed to get our ride booking done successfully.
Hotel location wise is convenient as there are some small restaurant eataries and shopping mall nearby.
Hotel breakfast was good which we reserved on our last day stay. There were a wide spread of local & international food which we enjoyed.
Overall, had a good 3nights stay at Hilton. Thank you to all staffs concerned that made our stay a pleasant one:)
